R. A. Douglas. A poetess, novelist, and Christian Lifestyle blogger. Writing is a form pf expression and a way of life for me. I am a Christian, though not always a perfect example of one. This blog exposes the cycles of my ever changing life, including the growth and/or changes in my walk with God, and the highs, lows, and fluctuating differences in my reactions and actions towards the typical and atypical experiences that are inevitable in day to day life. I hope you enjoy it, and thank you for reading. Bless.

HOPES AND DREAMS—STORIES TOLD—SOUND FANTASTIC WHEN WE’RE OLD. MEMORIES OF WHAT WE SAID…IS BETTER THAN A DREAM BEING DEAD. –J. Caswell
Loved it! Not all that happy that I fall into that category in far too much a way (poseur) – but nonetheless, loved how like a picture, you spoke thousands of words in 3 short lines. π
I know that feeling all too well… by pictures telling the most, but it mostly being lies. Sometimes the smile in pictures delay the time for lies to conjure up a painted facade… (generally speaking). This was a nice poem!
No need for thanks. I’ve got the easy task of reading. You put in the hard work of writhing. Now, back to work and stop loafing off reading comments( ha ha) take care

Thank you
quite the wake up call π
Haha! Is it? Should I say “you’re welcome,” or “sorry”?
welcome is more appropriate π “the fault”after all “Γ―s not in the stars but in ourselves
welcome works just fine π after all “the fault is not in the stars but in ourselves”
Will file this in the memory banks. Wonderful.
Enjoying your work.. π
Thank you π

Well said RAD.
Thank you
So true! But perhaps that’s why we wish so often to capture happy moments — because they take such hard work.
True, they do take effort.
